Why does new aerial show in HTML5 but not in Silverlight

I just added a new aerial to my site, and for some reason, it will show in the HTML5 viewer (v 2.5.2) , but not in the Silverlight viewer (v 2.5)...

  Turns out the removing the override minimum and maximum scale on the display tab of the map service fixed the issue...
