Follow Tab Under User profile for Geocortex Support

Hey, I have followed a few posts and I was wondering if this is something that I can do a search on to find all of the questions I have followed?  Would it be possible to have a Follow Tab under "My Profile" on here, beside the Ideas tab?
Unless there is a way to locate all of the items I have clicked Follow so I can go back and check out the status of those items?
