field geodatabase permission error

i just loaded 4.5 and when i try to load a zipped file geodatabase i get an permissions error saying i need to login to arcgis online.  In my site i am logged into our organizational account with my active directory id.  so whats going on here.  is there a way to point the tool to the arcgis for orgs account?
