identifiable layers error - exceeded transfer limit

I am running into an issue with Geocortex 4.5 and HTML5 viewer 2.6 and the identifiable layers.

 

When I perform an identify, I receive a generic pop up error and the system log shows Error performing the query: [Exceeded Transfer Limit]. If I go to the identifiable Layers and clear all and only select some of the layers, the identify works. If all the layers are selected, I receive the error.

 

Can someone explain what limit I am reaching and if there is a way to increase this limit, or limit the layers that are identifiable by default as opposed to having all selected?
