Open Docked External Component from Tool Tip

Hi,

 

I have a tool tip with embedded Google Image that I would click on and it would open Docked Google Street View. Well it was working for me until we updated Essensials/Viewer to the laters version (4.5/2.6). Any ideas why it stopped working?
