street view panorama link not working correctly

I have a URL that I'm building and displaying on my parcel result.  I'm building a URL that once everything is plugged in looks like this:

 

http://maps.google.com?layer=c&cbll=38.467418,-122.645588&cbp=12,,,0,&ll=38.467418,-122.645588

 

and this used to work fine.  Now it is shifting locations on me (in this case across the street and a couple doors up).  The URL actually changes once it gets to Google and the Lat/Long gets shifted slightly...  Has anyone else seen this?  I can't find new parameter settings for panorama, just for a static image...
