Security.xml? Change time-out duration for users logged in to map

I'm looking to extend the time a user can be logged into a map with security before getting kicked out.  We have a map used by multiple emergency dispatchers that basically stays open for long periods of time.  While we are working on a 'human' solution where they know to log out and back in in the morning, I would like to extend the default time a bit in case this fails.

 

I have seen reference to a Security.xml file where this setting is, but cannot seem to locate it.  Running GE 4.5 and GVH 2.6

  Hi Allen

  We have came across similar problem. Geocortex Essentials integrated with ArcGIS Enterprise keeps kicking users out with Expiry notice (attached pic below)
  ) after 30 minutes of inactivity. Unfortunately users loses map location and status of displayed layers.

  Anyone knows how to extend this?
