Banner UserInfoView visible false doesn't work

I have this set and the "sign out" button is still appearing in the viewer. This makes the search input appear in a wierd place so we've agreeg to exclude the sign out and sign in button.

I have a work around where we remove the config for the UserInfoView above. 

 

This appears to be a bug. Is there a way to configure it so there are no sign in/sign out buttons?

  Have you tried unchecking the 'Enable Sign-in' and 'Enable Sign-Out' under Sign-In Settings in Essentials Manager?  It's under Permissions for your site.
