The ability to use Bookmarks as a URL Parameter extent

Even though "center" and "extent" are available to use as URL parameters.  It would be nice to be able to use "bookmark" as an extent.  This goes along with the ability to use "layertheme" that is configured and stored with the Manager interface.

Example:      bookmark=Irrigation

  Better yet, allow extents, period, to be used in openning URL. This having to use Center and then Scale is for the birds...
