Legend swatches not displaying for Feature Access Service layers

I am on Essentials 4.5.1.58 and viewer HTML5 2.6.1

 

I am trying out the feature acess map services and editing within GeoCortex for the first time and I noticed that the legend swatches are showing for my layers in the feature access map service!  Is this a bug?
