why analytics is reporting some users with the same username and user id multiple times with different data?

Why analytics is reporting some users with the same username and user id multiple times with different data? How can this be prevented? It make the report confusing and unreliable.

  Hello Dibya,

   

  I'm not sure about that.  Assuming that you are looking at a single content panel, you should have one entry per username.  Can you please either post a screenshot of the entire panel (or if you prefer not to, as they contain usernames) submit a support case so one of the analysts can have a look?

  Hi Danny,

   

  Here is a screenshot. As you can see the last 4 rows have duplciates.

  Hi Dibya,

   

  I'm sorry, but I'm not sure.  I've never seen this behaviour before.  I would suggest opening a support case, so one of the analysts can take a look at this.
