Starting “Geocortex Analytics Reports” with IP address;

 

As the “Geocortex Analytics Reports” is launched, it starts with “localhost” with no problem. How to set it to start with the IP address or domain name instead?

 

 

 

 

What might be the issue here?

  Hi Lubna,

   

  You currently cannot access Analytics reports by the IP address.  This is a known bug, that will be considered for a future release.  The tracking number for that bug is GID-1203.  

   

  As for accessing reports from a different host name, you will need to add that host name as an alternate redirect in the ArcGIS Identity setup utility.  See page 12 of the Analytics administrator and developer guide for details.
