Error Loading Map Services - Service Exists

Hello all!  

 

I have a problem with one of my applications that I set up in a deployment of GCTE and just moved to a new machine.   When I open the site, I get the following message:

 

Error Loading Map Services

 

There was a problem loading one or more map services. The following map services may be unavailable:

 

Flood

 

Notes:

• Flood Layer is a Feature Service
• Site was developed at old version:
  • Was GCTE 4.3, migrated successfully to 4.5 in the past, now on 4.6 (error occurs)
  • Installed Viewer for HTML 5 template was 2.5.2, now we are using 2.7.  Have not updated site after configuring Geocortex to use 2.7.  Should that matter?
• Flood layer ss present and visible in the viewer when launched
• Flood Layer is seen in the Layer Themes List in Manager and is viewable that there.  Visibility may be controlled by clicking checkbox - clearly it works.
• REST endpoint of layer accessible and usable from Site Info

 

Any help would be very much appreciated.  Thank you!

  Hi Marua,

   

  Sorry for the late reply on this!  If you're still having troubles, there are 2 things I can think of that you could try:

   

  1) Clear the site cache, by clicking the refresh button that shows up on the site thumbnail when you mouse over it in Essentials manager

   

  2) Remove and re-add the map service.
