The trends fail to display the sessions for each Geocortex application;

Hi All,

 

Despite the fact that the active visitors chart displays the number of session last 24 hr. The trend fails to read any of those sessions for each viewer.

 

 

 

What might be the issue here?

  Hi Lubna,

   

  As I mentioned in (https://support.geocortex.com/optimizerGSCForum?sub-nav=forum&main-nav=optimizer&feedtype=SINGLE_QUESTION_DETAIL&dc=Geocortex_Insight_Optimizer&criteria=ALLQUESTIONS&id=90660000000PDftAAG) this post , this key thing with getting your data to show up in reports is that the URL detected by Analytics (in the Status tab for your viewer), must be the one that your users are using to view the sites.

   

  You can test to see if this is the problem by going to the status tab, and looking at your viewer, and clicking the URL to launch it.  Let the viewer run for a few minutes, then switch to the trends tab.  If you see stats start to show up, you will need to correct the URL in the Analytics configuration.
