How do I remove retired sites from the reports?

I have a number of sites that I no longer use, but still show up in Analytics.  I've disabled them both at the Viewer level in GC Manager and in the Configuration pane of Analytics.  They still show up in the list of Applications...

  HI Mike,

   

  Which version of Analytics are you running, 1.1, or 1.1.1?  

   

  Also, just to make sure I'm correctly understanding your situation, you've disabled the sites in the configuration utility, but they still exist in Essentials Manager, correct?

  Hi Daniel,

   

  In my Geocortex Essentials, I have deleted few sites, but my Geocortex Agent is still showing their report in Analytics Hub. How can I update it so that removed sites are not reported any more?

  Hi Muhammad,

   

  By default the collector refreshes the sites in reports once every 24 hours, so if it's been less than that, I would suggest waiting a day to see if they disappear.  

   

  If they don't, that sounds suspicious to me.  I would reach out to your local Analytics re-seller or to our support team so we can help you investigate!

  It will be 24 hour period by today afternoon. I will update the status here if it does or does not refreshes the Sites lits in Analytics.

   

  If not, then I will open the ticket with Latitude.

  Geocortex Analytics did refreshed Sites list by itself within 24 hours.
