Accessing a video from a Plex Media Server

I am trying to pass a url through a Feature Description that has a # in it. When the browser loads it will not load any part of the url past the #.

 

http://myserver:32400/web/index.html#!/server/7e52163399ae33fab66539507f958920a6a697f2/section/3

 

All it loads is http://myserver:32400/web/index.html

 

When I build a simple html document with the link embedded in it it works as expected.

 

Any thoughts?

  I had this same behaviour with loading url's with ancor points on the end in my feature descriptions. The solution I created for us was putting in a redirect on our fusion box and not having #anchors in the url in geocortex.
