I've Installed Analytics 1.1.1 but am receiving a 404 error when "launching ArcGIS Identity Sign In". How do I sign in?

I've also read the doc which states, "ASP.NET 4.5 must be configured to have IIS Webserver as a role service, otherwise users get an HTTP 404 Error when they try to login".  I think things are good in that department but am not 100% sure.  How can I troubleshoot/fix this?

  Hi Royce,

   

  Please have a look at the server manager, and check the Web Server roles.  Ensure that the .NET Extensibility 4.5 role is installed.  Here's a screenshot to illustrate what I mean:

  I ended up using a different AGOL named user and it worked after that.

  No problem Royce, glad it's working!  FYI, in case anyone else finds this thread, the AGOL account you use needs to be an Administrator level account.  I'm not sure if that was your problem Royce, but I'm mentioning it just in case!
