Can you create charts in workflow from derived featureSet of an existing layer with charts defined.

Is does not seem possible to create pie and bar charts for a  derived featureset  in workflow. An app i would want to do is have the use define a polygon on the screen, the overlay that polygon with surface ownership, display the  results ( ownership polygons cut to the new overlay shape) as a piechart showing the class and summarized acreage for each slice of the pie.  

 

Is this true?  it would be great if chart parameters could be defined on the fly and we could show types of charts from featuresets in workflow.

  Hi Jeff,

   

  Could you please provide some more details of your query. Because creating a pie chart from a featureset is already there in the report designer.
