buffer HTML5 vs Silverlight

I need to replicate our Silvelright's buffer functionality in our HTLM5 version, and I need help doing it.

 

In Silverlight, I have 4 identify tools (point, line, freehand, and rectangle).  After an identify activity I can buffer the point, line, or polygons.  However, In HTML5 I seem to have only the point identify tool.

  You have all of those tools available in HTML5.

  Look in your Tools menu - if it is not there, then you need to configure the toolbar in Manager when you edit the viewer.
