Geocortex Analytics Reports fails to work and generate an error “Licensing Error Occurred”

Hi All,

 

Despite the fact that the license of Geocortex analytics is activated, Geocortex Analytics Reports fails to work and generate this message “An error occurred while trying to retrieve licensing information. Please contact your System Administrator”.

 

 

 

What might be the issue here?

  The symptom described at the beginning of the article is different than what you are seeing, but the troubleshooting steps are still valid.  It would also be a good idea to check your running processes for the Licensing service, and the web service proxy role.
