Geocortex Analytics fails to collect data from other servers which are remotely monitored;

Hi All,

 

Despite the fact that I have remotely monitored the server which the Geocortex Essential is installed on it, Geocortex Analytics fails to collect the viewers’ data.

 

 

 

 

 

 What might be the issue here?

  Hi Lubna,

   

  What version of Analytics and Essentials are you running? As of Analytics 1.1 you have to cluster your Analytics Hub with your Essentials server if they are on different nodes plus you have to install the Analytics agent as well on the Essentials server. Please review the Analytics installation guide for more information.
