Server reports like Average CPU Time, Memory usage etc are not being reported.

Server reports/Trends were working fine till last week, but now Server reports like Average CPU Time, Memory usage etc are not being reported. The only Server reports I am getting is for the machine where Analytics is itself installed. My other ArcGIS Server, and GE Server's windows performance report are not not being updated anymore.

 

How this can be fixed ?

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Geocortex agent. But this works for an hour or so, and then again stops updating any of those reports. All other reports seems to be ok. Only windows performance and system info reports are not working.

    Hi Muhammad,

     

    What version of Analytics are you running?  Have you looked in the log files for those collectors (In the Core Data directory)?

    I am using Analytics 10.3. There seems to be some issues with Windows data collection: Here are few last lines of log file. (its about the same time the performace is being shown in Analytics, after this there is no update)

    The only machine that is properly reporting the windows performace is on which Analytics is itself installed. All others seem to have issues with these reports.

    Hi Muhammad,

     

    It looks like the collector is shutting down, and then not starting back up.  Can you please restart the Geocortex Core service on the hub server, and see if anything changes?

    I have restated the core on Hub and one of agent. I will let you know about any update tomorrow.

    Hi Danny,

     

    My two Servers, that have ArcGIS installed have started working fine now. I restarted core on both hub and on agent servers. 

     

    However, one server, on which I have Gecortex Essentials Server installed is still not being reported right in Analytics. I just tried to uninstall and reinstall agent on that machine, but it did not worked. Last line for windows performance log file from this machine are:
