No data for Silverlight viewers

    Hi Craig,

     

    Usually if you are not seeing data, it's because the URL that Analytics has detected does not match the one that your users are using to access it.  If you look at the status page for your Silverlight viewer, and you launch it from the detected URL, do you see data?

     

    If so, you may need to set the URL Substitution for your instance.  Check section 9.5.3 of the admin guide for details on that.  

     

    If you aren't seeing data, but the URLs match, it may be that the client relay URL is not configured in Manager.  Can you please confirm that you've configured it?

     

    If all else fails, please open a support case, so we can help you with this via a screen share!

    UPDATE - Contacted support and the issue was the URLs. The Silverlight viewer sites ended with .ca, but our analytics server URL ended with .local.
