Uninstalled Geocortex Instance still being reported by Analytics

I have uninstalled a Geocortex Essential Instance from Server. I had two of them. One with AGOL authentication and one without. I have uninstalled the one with AGOL authentication two days ago. However, Analytics is still trying to get report for them, and as a result is reporting errors. 

 

How can this be fixed.

  Hi Muhammad,

   

  If you go into the configuration page, and click on the instance, you should see an option to delete the instance that has stopped reporting in (in the upper right hand corner).

  Hi Daniel,

   

  Actually in that pane I am getting only one instace, that is actually installed. However,

   

  in the system tab, I getting following alarms:_img_ alt="User-added image" src="https://latitudegeo--c.na53.content.force.com/servlet/rtaImage?eid=90760000000GrEf&feoid=Body&refid=0EM60000000UjUA" _/_img_

   

  Even though GE_AGSOnline instance is uninstalled and removed from Geocortex Essential panel, System panel is still trying to show the report for sites published in that instance.

   

  How can we remove them from System panel?

  Hi Muhammad,

   

  If those instances were throwing alarms before they were uninstalled, you may need to manually clear them.  If you click the red icon (visible in your screenshot), you can clear the alarms.
