I am seeing some guest users in the analytics information.  Our app doesn't allow guests, so why isn't every user a "Signed in User"?

  Which report do you see this on?  Session by Authentication type, users, Sessions by session duration?

   

  Do you have anonymous access disabled in IIS?  Do all your apps that are sending data to Analytics have a specific user specified in Manager?

  Hi Craig,

   

  What version of Analytics and GVH are you running?  This sounds like a known issue (GID-1999) that was solved in GVH 2.8, and Analytics 1.3.

  I am running Analytics 1.3, BUT GVH 2.7.1 and Silverlight 2.5.1

  Hi Craig,

   

  I think that may be the issue.  Can you please try upgrading (or deploying a new viewer) at your convenience, and let me know if that helps?
