Error when load a saved GHV project

Hi,

 

We're using Geocortex 4.6.3 andHTML5 2.7.2 at the moment. We have a user who saved a proejct couple of days ago and now unable to open it. He got the following error message

 

 

I try to open the content in the Data Store but only receive the following error log. Could anyone suggest what could possibly cause this? Thank you.

  Just an update. I got contacted by AAM our local dealer suggested me restarting the geocortex server and the problem seems been fixed. Cheers,
