Measurement Dimensions Editing and / or More Info in Results Tab (GVH-4087)

Sometimes our users make polygon measurements at very small scales, however; because we have cached tiles, they are unable to zoom in to see what the dimensions of the measurement are and can only see the perimeter and area which covers the entire polygon. I can think of two ways this could be done.
1. Add a Measurement Label editing tool. This would allow users to adjust the positioning of the measurement labels so they all show. If someone edits the measurement drawing, the labels for that drawing would reset.
2. Add a list of measurements to the Details in the Results Tab. You are currently able to identify a drawing and then view more details about it. But all it shows is the perimeter and area, which is mostly pointless since their the only measurements that actually show up. Underneath those, a list of the line segments used to create the measurement could be populated to show the dimensions of the drawing. This would be kind of neat as well because you could then export that as an excel and have a list of the dimensions.

The ability to do the second option -- to display the measurement results in a results table -- was made available in 2.4. Please see this documentation for details. 0
