Unable to print using ArcGIS Server Export Web Map

I'm trying to get a Workflow from the code gallery to wrok and I'm after some help.

 

I've downloaded this from the Code Gallery:

 

'Workflow to create an "ArcMap print" from templates stored in a folder on the server'

 

I've configured it and now getting the follwoing error:

 

'There was a workflow error running activity: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

 

Workflow 'ArcGIS Print' failed

 

Unhandled exception: 'Error performing submit job operation' in activity '1.28: Geoprocessor'.

 

Error performing submit job operation'

 

How do I go about debugging this error and getting it working?

 

I'm new to Geocortex so any help would bemuchly appriciated.

  Hi Adam,

   

  As it is a Geoprocessor activity can you try to access the geoprocess using rest call and try to simulate the call that the workflow performs?

   

  I would log all the parameters of the Geoprocessor activity and then simulate the call from a browser.

   

  I don’t know how your Geoprocessor service is set/what it is supposed to do but in the past I had problems with parameters name and default values if set … maybe are the first things that you can look at.
