Has anyone looked into building custom feature detail providers?
I was just looking at the definition of the FeatureDetails module in the Desktop.json.js file, the 'providers' section looks like an appropriate place to write custom information views.
We have, for example a web service that returns a list of documents related to a feature, would be nice to write a provider that checked for documents and filled a nicely formatted view.
An alternate idea has been to tie into events, and append a div to the appropriate view...
Just looking for any ideas/samples people might be willing to share.

I did something similar but simply added a link to the feature description which executes a workflow and retrieves the documents. 0
