More realistic response times for performance info

Hello,
Geocortex Analytics is a great tool for us, but we are not completely satisfied about the performance info of the sites and the viewers. The response time in the current version is the time it takes for the viewer to load the site on a client machine. So, those values do not include the total time it takes the viewer to load everything from modules to map services.

These response times are far less than the time that our users need to open a viewer. Is it possible to calculate more “realistic” response times, including loading time of the map services?
