  Hi Thomas,

   

  There's actually an example of this is the samples within workflow designer.

   

  Open the designer, and go to File > New. From the list there, open

  Samples - Get Coded Value Domain

   

  If you already have your workflow/form started, select your Dropdown form element. From the right hand panel, delete all the default options. Then change "configure them manually" to "use a subworkflow". Pick a Blank, and copy over the activities from the corresponding subworkflow in the sample. You'll have to configure them to match the url, fields, and form element id in your own data/workflow.
