Problem for HTTPS mode and the print temporary directory (/ Geocortex / Essentials / REST / TempFiles / Format).

Hi,

 

Some one have  any idea...!

 

I have a configuration problem for HTTPS mode. I do not know or configure the reception of print files in the temporary directory (/ Geocortex / Essentials / REST / TempFiles / Format). Is still call http

 

Following my conversion to (https://) it always points to the (http://) link.

  I would go through this and make sure you changed everything:

  I read this détail information and i modifying all the configuration but i does'ny work. I double check ..! The button in the viewer always open in http://

  Hi Gilles,

   

  I would recommend submitting a support ticket in a case like this.  I don't think there is a simple answer and it would be easier to troubleshoot on a screenshare.
