Configure alarms emails to only fire during certain hours?
In Analytics 1.3.1, is there a way to configure Alarm Notification emails to be sent *only* during certain hours? For example, we do not want to receive alarm emails for services during say 9pm - 6am. We run jobs which may take services offline after-hours and/or install patches and server updates during these hours which will take our sites offline for a period of time, this triggers many alarm emails to be sent. As a temporary workaround, we've disabled collection in the System | Global Settings tab for the hours mentioned, but we would still like to collect data at all times to better understand how our services are being used.

Hi Jennifer,
The emails are currently sent out when the event happens. I would suggest doing 2 things -
1) add this as an 'Idea' to our Support Center. This will allow other customers to up-vote the idea and comment on it. The more popular the idea is, the more likely it will be implemented.
2) try doing what you want using an email address with an automation rule. I don't think Outlook supports timed forwarding of emails so it may be tricky and require scripting. Here is an example article that shows how to forward emails based on time -

It's not a solution, just an example of an idea that may help implement a workaround.
