[5.25] Horizontal form element positioning

Geocortex Workflow 5.25 added support for positioning Form Elements beside each other.
I'd like horizontal form element positioning, to save space for multiple small elements, but also to express a relationship between two elements.

It would be very useful to arrange form elements also horizontally.

especially if you are making a form to plot degrees minutes seconds, would be helpful to have 3 text input boxes in a horizontal row per coordinate.
