Inherited layers not working with GetLayerListItemInfo or GetLayerInfoByProperty workflow activities.

It appears that when a site inherits layers from another site or layer catalog that the GetLayerListItemInfo or GetLayerInfoByProperty activities fail to find layers in those inherited sites/catalogys.  I can get the GetLayerListItemInfo to return a ParentId or Id, but they don't match the REST layer id.  Properties on inherited layers are not found.

  Hi Marc,

   

  This sounds like a bug to me, which I will file in our bug tracker.  However, I don't know if we would be able to get it fixed any time soon.
