Add Custom Bookmarks to Top of Bookmark List

Defaulting or being able to configure user-created bookmarks to the top of the list would make the feature a lot more user friendly. Having to scroll through a lengthy list (we have 125 built-ins for our county) every time pretty much makes the feature a non-starter.

Also, how about type-ahead when the bookmarks list is open to position the list in the dropdown view?
