Sorting Search Results
Im wondering if there is a established method for setting the sort order of the Search results. I know they are grouped by feature class, but Im looking to sort the results within a particular feature class to better reflect how my users need to see the information.
I am aware of a known issue - GVH-4839 - has been identified as an enhancement request but I don't know if it has been acted upon. If it is still active, please add me to the stakeholders in this issue so I can be notified. If there is a viable work-around, it'd be a big help.
If not, then please consider adding this functionality. As search results can frequently be very long, it would be really helpful if I (administrator) had a mechanism to set the order of the Result list so I can better train my users on how to quickly find the information they're looking for.
