I m running a Workflow5 in a GeoCortex viewer and get an error about prohibited DTD in the XML file (see the error description bellow). I would like to know how to fix this issue.

"There was a workflow error running activity: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Unable to load workflow. For security reasons DTD is prohibited in this XML document. To enable DTD processing set the DtdProcessing property on XmlReaderSettings to Parse and pass the settings into XmlReader.Create method."

  FWIW, you need to run the URL of the workflow by specifying the items URL in the RunWorkflowByUrl command of a tool button. Use the item URL as the value.
