    Hi Yunsik,

     

    If you are seeing information for ArcGIS Servers, but not all the information, there is likely something missing in your configuration. Please refer to the Reference for Trends Tab Content Panels (http://docs.geocortex.com/analytics/latest/admin-help/Default.htm#an/admin/content-panels-trends-tab.htm#Trends%3FTocPath%3DReference%7CContent%2520Panels%7C_____2) for specific information on what is required for each piece of information. It sounds like you need to adjust the configuration for log file collection. 

     

    You will notice in that document that Unique Users requires Essentials & HTML5 Viewer, but everything else should work without Essentials. If you continue to have troubles getting the desired data, please contact Product Support for assistance in troubleshooting your configuration.
