Workflow use is not getting monitored in Analytics
We are trying to monitor the use of some of our Workflows (both the traditional workflows as well as Workflow 5) using Analytics, but the use always shows up as 0. I know they are getting use as I have been testing their use and have watched several users go through the process. What do I need to do to get Analytics to monitor our Workflows? We are running Analytics 1.4.2. Thanks in advance.

Hi Tara,
The Workflow usage should come through with other session data from the Viewer (i.e. Print and Datalink usage). If it's not, there is likely an issue with configuration. If the Site for which you've taken the above screenshot from has multiple Viewers, please ensure that each of those Viewers is configured correctly:

Often, users miss the last step, adding the client relay URL to HTML5 Viewers:

I actually realized last week that I had missed the step of adding the client relay URL. Once that was complete, it started working. Thanks! 0
