GA 1.4.3 fails to read the IPs of our client machines and it only displays the GE server IP

Hi All,

 

 

 

GA 1.4.3 fails to read the IPs of our client machines and it only displays the GE server IP and for some users it fails to display any IP!

 

What might be the issue here?

  Hi Lubna,

  Danny also provided some further explanation as well as a link to the item on the Ideas page.

   

  The missing IP addresses are likely caused by Do-Not-Track settings. If Analytics has "Enforce Do-Not-Track Privacy Settings" enabled (Configuration > System), and a user has DNT enabled on their browser, you will not see IP addresses for that user.

  Hi Aaron,

   

  I disable the "Enforce Do-Not-Track" settings in geocortex analytics and it still fails to read IPs, Did you mean that I need to meet the two conditions so that I can read the IPs?
