Analytics 1.4 Throwing error on startup process
Analytics is throwing the following message on startup.
There was an error loading Geocortex Analytics Reports.
It may be that Analytics didn’t have time to start up or it could be a technical problem.
Try waiting for Analytics to finish its start-up process. If that doesn’t work, restart Analytics.
Server has been restarted and have manually restarted core. HAve waited up to 2 hours with no change. We did upgrade our ArcGIS server infrastructure to 10.6.1 over the weekend but did not validate Analytics was functional Friday before the upgrade. It was working properly early last week.
Thoughts on what to try next.

Hi Eric,
This error usually comes about from issues in the document store. If it happens directly after an install, a misstep during configuration is usually the cause. Reviewing configuration of SSL, URLs and cluster information and reading install logs are the best ways to diagnose.
If this error is displayed after reports have been accessible for some time, it usually indicates a change in the environment. Again - SSL, DNS/URLs and cluster information should be reviewed, as well as document store logs.
