Lost connection to Agent
Hi, After reinstalling Core on our Geocortex Agent machine I'm no longer seeing our Geocortex Instances in Analytics. I've rerun the cluster config utility on the Agent machine and it seems to have worked. I restated Core on both Hub & Agent machines but I'm still not seeing our sites in Analytics Reports. Is there any other place to check the config?

If this issue is still outstanding then I would open a support ticket with ESRI Canada, if they can't help you directly then they will get further help from our suppor team.
