With Workflow 5.34, the time picker respects the current locale, using either a 12-hour or 24-hour picker.

Our use case for this feature is in engineering divisions of organisations that work exclusively in 24 hour clock times to remove ambiguity. As a related aside these same groups also display time values to the millisecond. Being able to control the clock mask and display in forms is very important.

24 hour time is also used in aviation operations.

Just adding my vote for this issue. The 12 hour clock is only used in North America, Australia and India (and a few smaller countries), so it surprises me that this is 'Not planned'.
I noticed that it's just the time picker's popup that uses a 12 hour clock, and that the textbox does use 24 hour format, this is confusing for users.

Berend Veldkamp Thanks for drawing this to my attention. I did have something in the backlog about this but got my wires crossed at one point.The plan is that for Web/Experience Builder we'll start gradually migrating the Workflow Form Elements to use Material UI components, like you may have already encountered in App Designer or Web. They have a nice Time Picker component that supports 24-hour format which we will likely use.

Thanks for the update Ken. To confirm, a 12- or 24-hour clock setting is not configurable? My issue is that I am in the US within an industry that uses 24-hour time.
