Support for labels from Enterprise?

I found out that Geocortex viewers don't support labeling for AGOL feature layers. Does anyone know if it is supported from Enterprise?   I received a response from support (Wayne) and for both AGOL and Portal this feature is improvement GVH-7463. I didn't get a timeframe.
