Support Transition: Geocortex Optimizer

Geocortex Optimizer will be retired as of Dec 31 2018.   Normally, we would not make a transition announcement so close to a retirement date, but considering Optimizer entered Mature support on Dec 1 2015, with the last available release published on April 30, 2014, I felt it would be more prudent to shorten the timeline.

 

 

 

Customers that are using and running Optimizer successfully have no need to un-install or stop using it.  Retirement of the product only applies to the availability of technical support. 

 

 

 

Optimizer is not compatible with the upcoming release of Geocortex Essentials 4.11 and Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.12. Geocortex Essentials 4.10 and Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.11 are the last releases that offer compatibility with Geocortex Optimizer.   

 

 

 

Geocortex Analytics is a successor to Geocortex Optimizer, and we recommend migrating to Geocortex Analytics at your earliest convenience.  An active license for Optimizer can be transferred to Analytics.
