Change response times for Geocortex Essentials default
I seem to be constantly getting an alarm for "Invalid status code or > 30000 ms response."

We have an older slow system so a 30 second response time isnt out of the ordinary unfortunatly. I cant seem to change the time to 60 seconds anywhere in the configuration menu. does anyone know where I can change this?

I have the same issue as OP, and getting issues with the time out on the GeoCortex sites instance. I'd like to change this, but do not understand how changing the ArcGIS Server collection interval (should) affect the collectioin interval on the REST endpoint of GeoCortex? 0 -

After revisiting this, I feel as though I should modify my response. This is indeed related to the Essentials REST endpoint. Two things:
1) It is unusual the REST endpoint is taking this long. I would first treat this as a valid alarm. Look to identify a pattern. Ie - Is it happening every Friday at 9pm, which also just happens to be when the backups are running?
2) If we are convinced it is nothing to worry about, then it would be worth modifying the Alarm on Response Time for the Essentials site (https://docs.geocortex.com/analytics/latest/admin-help/Default.htm#an/admin/essentials-settings.htm#Global_Site_Settings%3FTocPath%3DConfigure%2520Analytics%7CEssentials%2520Configuration%7CGlobal%2520Essentials%2520Settings%2520%7C_____2)0 -
I should also suggest opening a support ticket if you aren't able to determine why it is the REST endpoint is responding so slowly, as this isn't expected behaviour. You can open a ticket by emailing support@geocortex.com 0
