GA 1.4.3 fails to work and return “Geocortex Analytics' database is initializing” message;

Hi All,

 

 

 

GA 1.4.3 fails to work and return “Geocortex Analytics' database is initializing” message despite the fact that the geocortex core service is running.

 

What might be the issue here?

  Hi Lubna,

   

  This message generally displays when Analytics has just been installed, or shortly after an unclustering or migration. If you are seeing it without one of those events happening recently, I recommend restarting Core. Other than that, this is a tough one to diagnose without troubleshooting. If the issue persists and restarting Core doesn't help, I recommend opening a support case with your local partner/support-provider so they can look into it further.

  Hi Aaron,

   

  I didn't face this issue after installing GA, but what did you mean in migration or unclustering. I didn't play in the configrations like that. How can I check if this issue is happened from this reason?

  Hi again,

   

  Please note that when I restart the Geocortex core and re-run the Geocortex Analytics ArcGIS Identity Setup it will back to work normally but it is a temporarily solution
