During GE Post-installer, when selecting an SSL certificate have Core store the certificate thumbprint to platform.host.exe.config
When selecting an SSL certificate during the Post-installer, Essentials does not automatically save the certificate thumbprint to the platform.host.exe.config file. Having this value set is often important for getting Core to accept the SSL certificate as valid and correctly bind to the port.
This value can be added manually, however it is tedious because of the way the thumbprint is formatted from the certificate dialog box. Hidden characters can often create issues getting the certificate to be accepted.
Ideally, when selecting the certificate during the post-installer SSL setup process, that certificate thumbprint value would get written to the platform.host.exe.config CertificateThumbprint key.
