Since upgrading to 5.2, I'm unable to access reports developed in the previous version.

    Hi Erik,

     

    We haven't seen upgrade-related issues in Reporting when testing ourselves. Since that report is a part of your organization, I'm not able to access it in order to reproduce the issue.

     

    The error message might indicate a temporary issue with the production environment; is this error still occurring?

    Just as an update, I've worked with support and have found that the issue is stemming from a change in the data directory. If I use the default data directory, I can load (and save) reports normally. If I change the data directory from the default, I cannot load/save projects.
